As promised, I went jogging again this morning. Slightly better. Just a slight improvement. However, I still couldn't catch my breath. Still felt like dying... I wonder if I will go again next week. Or will I come up with some excuse not to go.

Go? Don't Go? Go? Don't Go? *headache*

the 1st few times is like tat 1......
as u jog more often, it will get better.....

Go again? Still have to go? It's torturing. :x

Heehee... Don't worry. I will go every week. The "WANT" to slim down is strong enough to keep me going.

Jackson ar Jackson, I know that it's good to jog, but you know.. that needs a lot of determination and discipline. But rest assured that I have (err.. will have) the determination and discipline.

I suggest u do it slowly ley...i was a smoker too 3 years back then i decided to keep a healthy lifestyle...this first few workout is killing.. try brisk walking, its as good as jogging and highly recommended by doctors.

Just prepare everything, good medicines, a doctor phone number to reached, or maybe hospital number to reach. Just in case somethink went badly .. ha ha ha .. :))

I have got a good reason / excuse not to jog! Need to work. Got quota to run. Sunday burnt.

I have a good solution for u amanda, try to take a walk in the morning from ur house to office and from office to your home in the afternoon.

I can see it would be very usefull, anyway Singapore is small isnt it .. ha ha ha .. :p
